"Any" User Type

There is a default user type "any" that cannot be modified or deleted.

This user type is used by the system to configure default permissions for a user that has not been authenticated yet.

It allows applicants to create their own accounts on the system. The system accomplishes this by granting the user type "any" permission to create users of type "Applicant".

Please note that a user cannot be configured to be of type "any" during the manual creation of the user.
