Using Conditions

A conditional row or entry may be used whenever the display of the entry is only applicable if the answer to another field matches a certain value. A conditional entry is only displayed if a conditional field matches a conditional value. 

Defining a Conditional Field Entry

A conditional entry is defined by establishing the Condition Value.

The Source Field is "Previous Grant Description", the Conditional Field is "Previous Grant"  and the Condition Value is set to "Yes".

In other words, if the value of "Previous Grant" is "Yes" then the entry "Previous Grant Description" will be displayed.
