Reviewing an Application

Before you can review an application you must first log in to your account. If you haven't received login information, contact the foundation. The foundation should provide you with review guidelines that are specific to their process. There are some guidelines that are common for all sites:

After you log in you will be presented with a list of applications awaiting your review. Click on the  icon associated with the application to open it.

The foundation's System Administrator controls how much of the information in an application is available to you. Information completed by the applicant will only be accessible in read-only mode and the fields will be disabled (gray). You can identify the section(s) of the application that require your input by the  icon next to the section title in the navigation bar near the top of the page. Refer to Submitting an Application to familiarize yourself with the various icons and indicators used and for more information about navigating through the sections of an application.

You can sequentially navigate through the applications in your list using the Next Document and Previous Document links in the sub-menu bar. You can return to your application list by clicking the Documents link in the main menu.

In a blind review process, information that could identify the applicant is concealed by a series of asterisks (*****). The number of asterisks has no relation to the number of characters that have been concealed.
